Do you accept returns?
Please remember, ALL pieces we sell are pre-owned, vintage items, and unless otherwise stated, have some expected wear consistent with age and use. We do our best to accurately represent each item through text and photos and we are happy to provide our customers with as much information as possible prior to purchasing a piece. For these reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item. All sales are final and sold as-is. Please ask questions prior to purchasing. If need be, we are more than happy to provide additional information, photos, and description of an item. With this said, if we make a mistake OR our description is misleading, we will work with you to resolve the problem. For "on sale" and discounted items, no returns are accepted.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Unless we have purchased postage for shipment or scheduled an item to be pick-up by a carrier, orders that have not shipped may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. For your benefit, we try to expedite the shipping and handling process. In most instances, within 24 hours, we have already started this process. After 24 hours, there is a good chance that your item has already shipped. For orders that have not shipped and are canceled after 24 hours of purchase, a cancellation or restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price might apply.
