Where do you ship?
Our store is set up to ship to commercial or residential street addresses in the lower 48 States. If you live outside our shipping territory, we might be able to accommodate other shipping arrangements. Please contact us prior to purchasing the item.
Do you ship International?
On certain, smaller items, that can be packaged and handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS), we do ship to select international countries. At this time, for insurance and tracking purposes, we only use USPS International Package Express. We can provide a rate quote prior to purchase. For larger items, it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for shipping. If you are an international buyer, please contact us prior to purchase.
Freight: Quoted prices are to ALL Major metropolitan areas in the 48 contiguous states. There might be a surcharge for freight shipping outside metropolitan areas. Please inquire prior to purchasing. One and Home has established relationships with reliable freight carriers to ship our items weighing over 100 lbs, valued over $1,000 and/or need specialized transportation. These freight carriers offer a white glove in-home delivery. Normal delivery can range from 2-8 weeks.
Greyhound Package Express (GPX). Furniture under 100 lbs and $1,000 is shipped via Greyhound to your closest Greyhound station where you will pick up the package(s) within 2 days of arrival. Transit normally takes 1 to 3 weeks. If requested, One and Home will help locate your nearest station prior to purchase. In metropolitan areas, counter-to-door service is offered at a reasonable rate. In rural areas, the nearest station could be several hours away. Please check your closest station prior to purchase.
All other items: FedEx Ground or USPS priority mail.

Where can I pick up my item?
After your item is paid for, we will call or email with pick-up instructions. Our warehouse is located in Denver, Colorado (Southeast Denver) near Iliff and Quebec. Since we are an on-line retailer, most of our items are shipped outside the Denver Metro area. We appreciate your understanding. All items purchased for Local Pick-up must be picked up within 7 business days.
How does Local Delivery work?
After your item is paid for, we will call or email to schedule a delivery. All items purchased for local delivery must be arranged within 3 business days and delivered within 10 business days.
I live outside the Local Delivery area. Do you deliver to other cities close to Denver?
We deliver as far south as Colorado Springs and as far north as Fort Collins, Colorado. Several of our clients live in Boulder, Colorado. We can customize a rate for you. Prior to purchase, please contact us to confirm a rate.
What is Greyhound Package Express (GPX)?
GPX is a service provided by Greyhound Bus Lines. Bus cargo is never at capacity. The remaining cargo area is set aside for larger packages/items. If the item fits Greyhound's size requirements (small-sized furniture), is valued under $1000, and you are capable/willing to pick your item up at the nearest GPX counter, this is a wonderful shipping option. For a small additional fee, many GPX stations offer Counter-to-Door Service (delivery to your home). Any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. A GPX representative will contact you when your item arrives, you can pick it up at that time OR if the station offers Door-to-Door Service, you pay the minimal fee for Counter-to-Door service directly to GPX.
Shipping for all items purchased for GPX Shipping must be arranged within 4 business days and we will deliver to our GPX station within 3 business days after arrangement has been made.
What is Freight?
Freight might seem intimidating at first glance, but we take care of it for you. With our support, guidance, and constant communication, it is really quite simple.
Larger Furniture that does not meet the requirements of FedEx or GPX is delivered via a freight carrier. We work with a preferred network of trusted, blanket wrap, white glove service providers.
Each item is professionally blanket wrapped, fully insured and delivered to your home. Many times the service provider is a professional moving company. When the item arrives in your city, the carrier will call to schedule a day and time for delivery. They will then bring the item to your first floor of your home or office.
